RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

AVAILIBILITY

The provision of goods and services by MRS Techniques CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will fully refund any amounts paid by you, the client, for unavailable items or services within 10 business days. In the event that the full order is unavailable, and no items is shipped, we will include the shipping costs in the refund to you.

RETURN OF ITEMS

You are entitled to return any product purchased through our website, subject to the terms of this Policy, within 7 (seven) days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us to return an item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

You will only be eligible for a refund if the item is sent back to us with all its original packaging, all accessories included with the item and in its original, unused condition.

The item will be inspected by us to determine whether it is returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition before the refund for the returned item is processed.

No returns shall be accepted after 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order to you.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been customized according to your specifications.
  • Items that have been personalized in any manner.
  • Items damaged in any manner, other than a defect or damage already present at time of receipt of the item.
  • Items purposely damaged and items not used correctly in terms of the product’s user manual or instructions.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We aim to ensure that all products sent to our customers are free of defects at time of shipping.

In the unlikely event that an item you purchased is defective, you must contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the item. Full details of the defect will be required, we may require photographs of the damage or defect. We will collect the defective item from you at our cost.

We will replace or refund the item. Take note that any defective items must be sent back with all of its original packaging, accessories and in the same condition the item was received. Should this not be done, you may not be eligible for a replacement item or a refund.

We shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim from the courier service. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event that you receive an item other than the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of such incorrect item.

We will collect the any incorrect items delivered to you at our cost. We may require full details of the incorrect product received, including photographs.

We will replace the item with the correct item, or alternatively refund the item if replacement with the correctly ordered item is not possible. Take note that any incorrect items must be sent back with all of its original packaging, accessories and in the same unused condition the item was received.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen delivery address and contact details are correct when you place an order. Should your parcel remain undelivered after delivery was attempted by the courier service, your order may be cancelled. The undelivered item shall be returned to us. We will contact you for a refund. Please note that cost of delivery and a restocking fee to the value of 10% of the value of your order will be deducted from your refund in such event. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BEFORE SHIPPING

You may cancel any order before shipping arrangements with the courier service is made. You may not cancel any order of items that cannot be returned. For more information regarding such items, see the applicable section in this Policy.

Should you cancel your order before a courier service is engaged by us, you will be entitled to a refund of your order.

In the event that the order has been dispatched, you will have to follow the instructions to return any items as per this Policy.

REFUNDS

In the event of a refund, such refund will be processed as per the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that we may require supporting documents, such as proof of banking details, before a refund is processed.

GENERAL

By placing an order with us through our website you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms contained in this Returns and Refund Policy as well as our general Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to review, change, amend or modify the terms of this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the latest amended version of this Returns and Refund Policy shall supersede and replace any previous versions thereof.

We are not responsible for notifying you of any changes to our Returns and Refund Policy. You hereby acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review our Returns and Refund Policy for any changes thereto when you visit our website or make use of any of our services.
